To Euro or not to Euro, that is a question amongst the Continent and the Islands, including those considering leaving as well as those whose memberships are already accepted but not yet activated. It is clear that the main beneficiary of the Euro is Germany whose exports enjoy a currency weakened by lesser economies than if the Mark stood alone.
Yet it seems from a regional standpoint, a united Europe could have more influence in the world than a splintered one. Must that come as a sacrifice to lesser economies?
